Remote Current control with 25, 50 or 100 Mtrs. control copper cable placed by the side of welders / operators allows selections of appropriate current to suit electrode types and sizes. This device helps to increase arc time. It carries only 80 Volts. (No hazards).

ARC CHARACTERISTICS

Met-Weld welding rectifiers are ideally suited for Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMAW). Also can be used as a Power Source for Plasma Arc Cutting, TIG Welding, Air Gouging etc.

The rectifier has arrangement of smooth arc in all positions and minimum spatter making X-ray quality welding.

High open circuit voltage gives good strike properties.

Large reserve voltage permites longer welding cable.

Staples transduction controlled with feedback arrangement throughout the entire range for stability of the arc. Three phase Transformer fitted with full wave silicon Rectifier Diode assure trouble free services for various welding process.
